Delete a run
Requires the runs:delete permission.
Tears down the resumed instance and its NIC; the boot disk detaches. The pool's snapshot blobs are untouched (the run only forked them).
AuthorizationBearer <token>
An access token from this zone's POST /oauth/token, or a session token from POST /api/v1/auth/login. Send it as Authorization: Bearer <token>.
