SES bounce and complaint receiver (SNS)
Receives SES delivery notifications over SNS and records the addresses to stop mailing. Unauthenticated by necessity — SNS cannot present a bearer token — so every message is signature-verified against AWS and pinned to the configured topic ARN.

An access token from this zone's POST /oauth/token, or a session token from POST /api/v1/auth/login. Send it as Authorization: Bearer <token>.
